Job summary

Caliber Collision Sevierville is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while ensuring arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The role requires following OEM standards and using our state-of-the-art equipment to support efficient production.

Ideal applicants will have at least 1 year of order experience, a valid driver’s license, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Inspect, verify, and distribute auto parts to workstations.
• Confirm part arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians.
• Follow Caliber and OEM guidelines using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Maintain orderly parts inventory and workflow in a fast-paced shop.

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred

ABILITIES / SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
