Job summary

Caliber Collision Sevierville is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while ensuring arrival accuracy with Body Technicians. You will follow Caliber and OEM guidelines using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Responsibilities include handling orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining production flow to meet deadlines in a busy collision repair setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.
