Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator. The role involves inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, confirming their arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capacity to read and interpret instructions, estimates, and work orders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
