Caliber Collision in Franklin, TN seeks an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
