Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The role requires following Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Earn up to $19-$21 per hour, with weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and benefits from day one. Ideal candidates have order-pulling experience and a valid driver’s license to qualify for company insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible for company insurance.
• Ability to read and understand written estimates and work orders.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations.
• Confirm arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians.
• Follow Caliber and OEM guidelines using state-of-the-art equipment.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator to inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations while confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The Parts Coordinator will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

OUR AUTO PARTS COORDINATORS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• $19-21 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
