Morley is hiring for a remote parts information specialist. You will answer calls from dealerships and manufacturers, locate parts in catalogs, and place orders while maintaining strong product knowledge and problem-solving skills.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in automotive parts, and reliable schedule adherence across time zones. The company offers comprehensive health, financial, and wellness benefits to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of car/auto parts and the ability to identify key parts and assemblies
• Excellent computer navigation and typing speed (≥35 WPM)
• Strong research and problem-solving mindset
• Experience in automotive retailer or dealership parts department preferred
• Reliable, able to work shifts within center hours

Responsabilités

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to provide parts information

• Deliver timely, accurate solutions via inbound/outbound calls, chats, emails and other communications

What You'll Do

• Answer calls from dealerships and auto manufacturer employees to assist with parts information
• Provide directions to part warehouse locations
• Locate parts in an online parts catalog
• Place part orders
• Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs
• Research and learn new auto parts so you are on the leading edge of new car parts knowledge
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Skills For Success

Required Skills

• Outstanding car / auto parts knowledge
• Ability to identify key auto parts and assemblies
• Computer navigation skills
• Typing skills (at least 35 WPM) – take a free typing test! (direct link to test: www.typingtest.com)
• Passion for research and problem solving

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• One or more years of experience with an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available to work shifts taking place within the center's hours of operation:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific time
  • No weekends or late nights
• Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive

Remote Work Requirements

• Ohio resident
• Secluded and distraction-free work environment
• Required internet setup:
  • High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
  • Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
  • Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
