Schreiber Foods in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a full-time night shift production operator. The position runs a rotating 6:45 pm – 7:00 am schedule with a starting wage of $25.15 per hour and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, plus night and weekend premiums.

Eligible for benefits from day one, with a robust ESOP and 8% 401(k) company match. Responsibilities include supervising robotic palletizing, safe handling of 45–50 lb boxes, inventory accuracy, and 5S housekeeping.

• Document batch records and logs as required.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and processes; notify maintenance as needed.
