Job summary

Caliber Collision in Rancho Cucamonga seeks an Auto Painter Helper to support the Auto Painter in prepping vehicles for painting and keeping the workspace efficient. Duties include sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth while ensuring safety and quality.

The position offers hourly pay of $18–$20, weekly payroll, and overtime eligibility where applicable, plus benefits from day one including medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in cooperation with Auto Painter
• Sand and buff as required and maintain the paint booth and workspace
• Repair vehicles safely and thoroughly in line with Caliber and OEM standards
