Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility under Caliber’s policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with Auto Painter.
• Sanding and buffing as part of surface preparation.
• Maintain paint booth and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
