Caliber Collision in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to prepare vehicles for painting and assist the Auto Painter, ensuring a smooth workflow. Duties include sanding, buffing, and keeping the paint booth and workspace clean and organized.

The position requires 1+ year of paint ops experience in a collision center, 18+, valid driver's license, and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance. Overtime eligibility and paid holidays are part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision experience or Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in coordination with the Auto Painter.
• Sand, buff, and maintain paint booth and workspace.
• Repair vehicles safely and in accordance with OEM standards.
