Job summary

Caliber Collision in Wake Forest is seeking an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting, working closely with the Auto Painter to keep production flowing. The role includes sanding, buffing, and maintaining the paint booth and workspace to ensure high-quality results.

Requirements include 1+ year of paint-operation experience in a collision center, being at least 18, and having a valid driver’s license for eligibility under the company policy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting in collaboration with Auto Painter.
• Perform sanding and buffing as needed and maintain paint booth cleanliness.
• Maintain workspace to support efficient production flow.
