Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience, or motivation to pursue GED.
• At least one year of professional automotive parts experience or two years of hobbyist automotive parts experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer skills including web browsing and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in determining parts and/or paint needed; process formulas and mix paint.
• Research parts and paint availability, stock numbers, inventory status, and pricing.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; properly invoice/credit customer accounts.
• Pull orders, check in, put up, straighten, dust, and rearrange stock as needed.
• Cooperate with coworkers and work as a team to meet store goals.
