Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Mechanic in Virginia Beach to test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' specifications, and to repair or replace engine components, brakes, steering and air bag systems. You will perform alignments and test systems with computerized diagnostics, ensuring work meets Caliber and OEM standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Repair experience.
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.
• Repair and/or replace engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems.
• Perform vehicle alignments and test components using diagnostic devices.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Auto Mechanic to test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications, repair and/or replace engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems and perform vehicle alignments while also testing components and systems using equipment such as computerized diagnostic devices. Auto Mechanics will be required to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using our state-of-the-art equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Automotive Repair experience
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
