Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Monday-Friday 7 AM – 5:30 PM and Saturdays 7 AM -12

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, vocational training, apprenticeship experience, or industrial maintenance education is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of bearings, belts, chains, gears, motors, pumps, and related components.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, precision instruments, and diagnostic equipment.
• Commitment to preventative maintenance, workplace safety, quality workmanship, and dependable attendance.
• 2+ years of auto mechanic experience troubleshooting and fixing issues on all types of engines, alignments, brakes, and diagnostics.
• You will also need to be well-versed in complex mechanical or electronical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
• You will also need great communication and customer service skills.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and work in varied positions throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift tools, replacement parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate tools, perform repairs, and handle mechanical components.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery, elevated surfaces, confined areas, and industrial equipment while wearing required personal protective equipment.

What You Will Do
