ComForCare is seeking a Senior Automotive Mechanic/Technician to join our Saint Paul team. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair engines, transmissions, and brakes using hand tools and diagnostic equipment to keep vehicles safe and reliable.

The ideal candidate has proven automotive repair experience, knowledge of ADAS and diesel engines is a plus, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic
• Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
• Experience with diesel engine repair is a plus
• Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) technology is advantageous
• Experience working on Air Conditioning Systems

Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, and brakes
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex vehicle problems
• Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately
• Welding and aligning components as needed
• Stay updated on new technologies in automotive repair, including ADAS systems
