Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Virginia is hiring an Automotive Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on our fleet, including oil changes, fluid services, tire changes, rotations, and basic repairs.

You will work on a variety of newer vehicles across multiple brands, with on-the-job training and support toward ASE certification. A valid driver's license and being 18+ are required; on-site work in Virginia is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months auto maintenance experience or completion of an automotive technical school program is a bonus.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record are required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on a fleet of vehicles: oil changes, fluid services, tire changes and rotations, and basic repairs.
• Assist senior technicians or handle tasks as skills grow.
• Work on a diverse fleet across multiple brands to keep vehicles safe and reliable.
