Job summary

Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria is seeking a Lube Technician to perform lube, oil, filter and multipoint inspections on customer vehicles and to work with the team to support a fast, reliable service experience.

The role requires integrity, a strong work ethic, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to customer service and quality workmanship. Cleanliness and efficiency are emphasized in daily tasks and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent recommended but not required.
• One year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
• Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements
• Local state VA inspection license is a plus
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum productivity, customer service and cost control.
• Perform all lube, oil, filter and multi-point inspection processes to ensure proper diagnoses.
• Assess any supplemental vehicle needs and notify management of substandard items, parts or procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times and adhere to OSHA/EPA requirements.
• Perform all job duties requested by management.
