Park Place Dealerships, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant in Dallas. You will manage vehicle inventory, move and deliver cars, and ensure they are clean, fueled, and properly labeled for customers.

The role emphasizes proactive service, organization, and reliable communication in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Responsibilities include verifying inbound vehicles, logging keys, inspecting for damage and accessories, and maintaining stock with accurate signage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Receive and verify inbound vehicles against invoices when applicable.
• Catalog and input keys into the Key Track system.
• Ensure vehicles have fuel, required stickers, and buyers guides; keep in good condition.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify listed accessories.
• Keep inventory clean, presentable, and clearly display disclaimers and vehicle information.
• Move and deliver vehicles as instructed.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively and work well outdoors on feet for long periods.
• Operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
