Job summary

Chapman Automotive Group is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Service Lot Attendant to ensure a positive dealership experience. Drive vehicles to service areas, maintain lot organization, and assist with vehicle flow while supporting the service team.

The role requires ability to lift 75 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and pass background checks and drug screening. A valid license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous lot attendant experience is a plus.
• You can follow directions.
• You are punctual and reliable.
• You can lift 75 lbs.
• You can walk and stand for a prolonged time in summer and winter conditions.
• You have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot, as needed
• Maintain service vehicles (gas, oil, water, tires)
• Assist with vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generated
• Provide customer courtesy washes as requested
• Maintain organization of customer vehicles in the service lot
• Assist with asset inventory, as directed
• Perform janitorial services, as directed
• Maintain inventory of service supplies. Such as key tags, floor mats, seat covers, etc.
