Upgrade seeks an Auto Loan Account Specialist to deliver best-in-class service by phone and email, handling current account status, payments, and customer inquiries while collaborating with management and peers to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

The role is onsite in Downtown Phoenix with a pay of $22.00 per hour. We offer PTO, 401K matching, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid parking or transit options, and a supportive team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of auto/servicing collections experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Cloud based products and Google Workplace.

Aufgaben

• Interact with customers by phone and email to answer questions and process requests.
• Complete welcome calls and document customer accounts across channels.
• Investigate problems and provide resolutions to overcome payment objections.
• Contribute to training and development to improve outcomes.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and high quality assurance results.
