Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Klamath Falls is seeking a Main Line Technician to join our high-volume service department. This role offers a flat rate pay scale with earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and requires open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will diagnose, repair and road-test vehicles, maintain tools and workspace, and pursue ASE certifications to stay current with manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles efficiently while delivering quality expertise.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, trucks and vans with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality repairs.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose cause of malfunctions and determine required repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repair quality and safety.
• Record time spent on repairs using company time clock procedures.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results.
• Maintain organized workspace and necessary tools; ensure daily stall cleanliness.
