Job summary

Allied Solutions is seeking a Product Refund Supervisor to lead a team of refund specialists and analysts in delivering timely, accurate refunds for automobile loan transactions. The role oversees adjudication of related benefits, manages customer and dealer relations, and ensures compliant operations.

The supervisor will guide day-to-day activities, provide performance feedback, and drive staff development while coordinating with other departments to optimize outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of directly related refund, auto lending or insurance processing experience.
• Prior supervisory experience in refunds or claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–7 refund specialists/analysts to ensure accurate and timely refunds.
• Oversee monthly volumes and QA accuracy targets.
• Coordinate operations, performance management and staff development.
