Job summary

Oasis Insurance in Houston, TX is seeking an Insurance Agent to primarily sell nonstandard auto coverage to new and existing customers. You’ll work with a high volume of inbound leads and walk-ins, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals while getting comprehensive training and licensing support.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $12–$18 per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, plus uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package. Strong English/Spanish communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with supporting docs.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
