Responsabilidades

• Maintain a flexible schedule within operating hours; hybrid-remote options after qualifications.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling Auto and other products.
• Engage with warm leads to quote, present, and close Auto Insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on coverage options to protect families, vehicles, and assets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development to strengthen sales performance.
• Complete licensing, product knowledge, and compliance training as required.
• Prepare insurance quotes and deliver professional sales presentations for Auto policies.
• Handle calls professionally with a focus on first-call resolution.
• Navigate internal systems to write policies, process endorsements, and manage accounts.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
