Job summary

GoAuto Insurance is seeking full-time Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Agents to sell auto insurance. We offer very competitive noncommissioned pay with a full benefits package including matching 401k, paid holidays and PTO. No cold calling—our clients come to us.

We write only auto insurance for one carrier. Primary responsibilities include quoting, writing and servicing personal lines policies for nonstandard auto, educating clients, answering calls and supporting office operations.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build client relationships quickly.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• High initiative, drive and willingness to learn.
• Passion, autonomy and self-motivation.
• Dependable with integrity.
• Proven ability to provide excellent client service and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service personal auto insurance for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on policy options to fit their needs.
• Answer phones, assist walk-in clients, support office operations.
• Meet and exceed production and sales goals through product education.
• Build relationships with community organizations and local businesses.
• Manage client relationships across GoAuto products and services.
• Keep underwriting guidelines and policies current.
• Handle account status and renewals, assist with payments and receipts.
• Provide general clerical support and maintain office appearance.
