Qualifications

• 3–5 years of practical work experience in the field.
• ASE certifications A1, A6, G1 preferred or must complete before hire.
• Patience and empathy in teaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training through practical demonstrations.
• Collaborate on curriculum development with the education team.
• Mentor students on individual projects for critical thinking.
• Instill safety procedures and best practices.
