Safelite is seeking a Technician Trainee in Sterling, VA to learn the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training. Upon completion, you will earn the Safelite SafeTech certification and gain essential skills for glass repair, replacement, and recalibrations.

You will be paid to learn with weekly pay starting at $25.50/hour, rising to $30.25/hour after training. Benefits include 401(k) with match, medical plans, PTO, holidays, volunteer days, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist in auto glass installation and repair.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
