Job summary

Glass Doctor in Angola, Indiana is seeking an Auto Glass Technician Trainee to learn and grow in a hands-on role focused on safe, quality glass installations for domestic and foreign vehicles.

You’ll build craftsman skills, learn ADAS calibrations, rock chip repairs, and panoramic glass roof systems while delivering exceptional customer service and clear explanations of needed services. Training is provided with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.
• Must be insurable with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and digital software.
• Verification of prior job experience via reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass products for domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Perform calibrations on vehicles with ADAS safety systems.
• Complete rock chip repairs.
• Learn about Panoramic Glass Roof systems.
• Explain services to customers and put them at ease.
