Job summary

Glass America in Burbank, CA is seeking Auto Glass Technicians to replace windshields and window glass, in-shop or on a mobile basis. You will use proper tools to deliver quality installations and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 4-6 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and physical endurance to handle glass and lift up to 50 pounds. We offer strong benefits including PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 4-6 years of related work experience required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time during glass installation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and use hands for handling glass.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installs auto glass and related products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Completes required paperwork and submits to the appropriate location.
• Maintains a safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
• May perform auto glass repairs as needed.
• Loads glass in the truck and assists with installation quality control.
• Communicates with Glass Manager to address installation problems promptly.
• Provides excellent customer service and ensures customer satisfaction.
