Our Technicians are highly training and focused on quality and safety when repairing, replacing or installing windshields and glass on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose & Repair: Visit rock quarries and job sites to assess and fix glass issues in heavy equipment and fleet vehicles.
  • Craft Custom Solutions: Create custom-fit glass patterns and apply advanced installation techniques.
  • Master Tools & Equipment: Use specialized glass cutting tools.
  • Lead with Expertise: Become the go-to person for tricky repairs, innovative fabrications, and fleet management.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with site managers and customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of glass repair experience with heavy machinery or fleet vehicles.
  • Experience operating specialized tools, equipment, adhesives, and sealants to perform glass installation and repairs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with specialized tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work in diverse weather, and climb heights up to 50 feet.
  • A clean driving record and a commitment to safety standards.
