We Repair and Replace Auto Glass, Residential Glass and Upholstery.

We are seeking a skilled Glass Technician to join our team. We work with all types of glass installation, from auto, to residential, to commercial, to boats, display cases, etc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and have experience working with hand tools and auto glass materials, as well as being versatile in the types of glass work they can perform. No day is just like the one before it, our projects vary, and we must show innovation in completing these projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service and that their vehicles, homes and businesses are safe and secure.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. Perform installation of residential glass, or assistance in installation as required. Cutting glass. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to ensure precise glass fitting and sealing. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any additional issues related to auto glass. Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of workmanship. Handle heavy lifting of glass materials up to 100 lbs. safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards. Stay updated on industry trends, including advancements in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology.

Experience

Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Technician or in a related field is preferred but not necessary Knowledge of ADAS systems is beneficial but not required. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to use various hand tools effectively. A keen eye for detail to ensure quality installations and repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs. as required by the job duties.
