Your Responsibilities:

As an Auto Glass Technician, you will provide top-notch customer service and demonstrate your craftsmanship in auto glass installation.

Key Tasks:

1. Install auto glass for domestic and foreign vehicles
2. Perform calibrations on vehicles with ADAS systems
3. Rock Chip repairs
4. Explain services to customers and collect payments
5. Other auto glass-related duties

What You Need to Succeed:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and mechanical skills
• Ability to schedule and complete jobs on time
• Identify additional customer needs

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of auto glass installation experience
• Knowledge of basic tools
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfort with mobile technology and digital software
• Reference verification of prior experience

Note:

This role is not suitable if you are okay with "good enough" work, or if you do not prioritize safety and punctuality.

Compensation:

Pay range: $27-$34 per hour, depending on experience. The position offers potential overtime and commissions.
