The Auto Glass Technician is a hands-on professional who uses Safelite training, tools, and technology to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations both in-shop and on the go with our Mobile Glass Shop services.

What You’ll Get

• Competitive weekly base pay starting at $22.20/hour.
• Potential to earn up to $26.20/hour as a Senior Tech and up to $28.10/hour as a Master Tech.

What You’ll Do

• Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements efficiently, prioritizing safety, quality, and customer service.
• Provide Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration services.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies proficiently.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to and from customer locations.
• Communicate with customers in person, via text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Safelite SafeTech certification.
• Ability to operate a Safelite van safely and follow all policies.
• Flexibility with hours and weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and use of PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred; ability to read, write, and interpret directions.
