Job summary

Speedy Glass is hiring an experienced Auto Glass Technician for our Billings location. We offer a competitive salary with a bonus program, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) with matching. Join a team with long-tenured technicians and a culture focused on quality service.

As a technician, you will fix and replace auto glass, perform ADAS recalibration as needed, and ensure safety and compliance on the shop floor while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Auto glass repair and replacement experience required.
• State issued driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace auto glass through approved methods, tools, and techniques.
• Perform ADAS recalibration as needed after windshield replacements.
• Ensure equipment, materials and areas comply with regulations.
• Ship and receive inventory and perform quality checks on incoming parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

As an Auto Glass Technician, you will

• Ship and receive inventory, examine received inventory for quality control
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Physical Requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet
