Qualifications

• Mechanical ability and aptitude.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean background check and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (up to 75 pounds).
• Must be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process.

Responsibilities

• As a windshield technician trainee, you will learn to professionally install auto glass in accordance with the AGRSS™ Standard.
• After the intensive four month tech training program, you will have the opportunity to work on your own as an Auto Glass Installer with the potential to make top dollar with our lucrative bonus plan.
