Shop Manager, Automotive Glass Repair – Paid Training Available!

Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is offering an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills by leading a team of Auto Glass Technicians in various locations, including airports, retail stores, or mobile operations.

Experience is VALUED but not required!

Experienced managers can earn $25/hr or more with bonuses. No experience? No problem! We hire individuals from diverse backgrounds such as glass technicians, construction workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other trades. PAID TRAINING!

In less than 60 days, you'll be responsible for your team's execution of Auto Glass Now standards. Successful managers often join with no prior experience but learn quickly and advance.

Promotion opportunities include shop manager roles earning $65,000 or more annually.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new Glass Techs and Customer Service Reps
• Create employee schedules & manage payroll
• Control inventory, conduct EOP and EOY inventory counts
• Balance registers, close invoices, and make deposits
• Order and restock inventory as needed
• Understand and manage shop financials
• Conduct employee evaluations
• Support team and respond to customer questions
• Provide excellent customer service

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to maneuver around vehicles safely
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a drug test
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours/week occasionally
• Basic computer skills
