Job summary

Cardinale Automotive Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will install, repair, and replace automotive glass on a variety of vehicles while maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer service.

Responsibilities include removing windshields, inspecting vehicles, applying adhesives, ensuring proper fit, and providing excellent customer service. Prior automotive glass experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace windshields, door glass, rear windows, and quarter glass.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement procedures.
• Apply adhesives and sealants according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure proper fit, alignment, and leak-free installation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to customers when needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
