Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling various types of auto glass.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations related to automotive glass installation.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; able to work independently or on a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
• Drug-free workplace policy in the shop.

Responsibilities

• Remove damaged or old glass from vehicles.
• Install new glass using proper techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members about job progress.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior installers when needed.
