Responsibilities

• Install auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Use proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installations.
• Maintain communication with management and support teams regarding job updates.
• Complete paperwork and bank deposits promptly.
• Perform static and dynamic calibrations of forward-facing cameras per OE standards.
• Utilize proper calibration equipment and techniques to ensure quality service.
• Read and understand pre and post scans.
• Provide excellent customer service, embodying the company's mission to be the best.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience replacing automotive glass.
• Experience with calibration (static/dynamic), body shop work (R&I/R&R), and flat glass is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and good attendance.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Valid Driver’s License, with ability to pass drug screen and background/MVR checks.
