What Glass America Requires for Success

• Install auto glass and related products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Use proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installations.
• Maintain communication with management and support teams regarding job changes, cancellations, or additions.
• Complete paperwork and make bank deposits promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service to uphold our mission to Be the Best.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience replacing automotive glass.
• Body shop (R&I / R&R) and flat glass experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Problem solver capable of working independently.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to pass drug screen and background/MVR check.
