As a Technician Trainee, you will:

• Be paid to learn through hands-on and classroom training, including:
• Installing and repairing auto glass
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems
• Providing additional services & products
• Pass tests to become a Safelite-certified Technician, demonstrating proficiency and a positive attitude
• Operate a company vehicle and tools safely

What you’ll get:

• Starting weekly pay at $23.50/hour, increasing to $26.50/hour after certification
• Earn $5 per set of wiper blades added for safety
• Promotion potential within the first year, up to $27.00/hour as a Senior Tech & up to $29.25/hour as a Master Tech, based on performance
• Benefits valued at over $10k, including 401(k) with match, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days
• Option to buy or sell up to 16 hours of PTO
• Up to $5,250 annually in tuition reimbursement
• Paid training and necessary tools and resources

What you’ll need: (Apply even if you’re unsure!)

• Must be 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexible schedule to meet customer needs
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred; ability to read & write
