What you’ll do as an Auto Glass Technician Trainee:

• Be paid to learn and apprentice the Safelite way, through hands-on and classroom training, including installing and repairing auto glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, and providing additional services & products.
• Study and pass testing to become a Safelite-certified Technician, demonstrating proficiency in installations and embracing a positive attitude.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and tools used throughout the workday.

What you’ll get:

• Competitive weekly pay starting at $28/hour, increasing to $29/hour after training and certification.
• Potential for promotion within your first year, with pay up to $29.40/hour as a Senior Tech and $31.37/hour as a Master Tech.

• Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually.
• Paid training and necessary tools and resources.

Minimum requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexibility in schedule to meet customer needs.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred; ability to read and write.

Additional information:

Base pay range in USD: $19.75 - $19.75.
