• Compiles regular and special reports from multiple sources.
• Collaborates with team leaders on unusual cases.
• Cross trained to perform various functions including settlement of participations.
• May train less experienced employees and organize workflow.
• Overtime and weekend rotation may occur.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
