The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Auto Finance Manager- Luxury/Import at Napleton's Carmel area dealerships. You will make credit decisions, submit deals to lenders, and bridge gaps in the sales process to tailor financing products for diverse customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience.
• Luxury/Import experience is a plus.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with our employees and customers to build trust and referrals.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and grow the customer base.
• Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Ensure all administrative processes are timely and compliant with policy.

Located at Napleton's Carmel area Dealerships, the Automotive Finance and Insurance Managermakes credit decisions, submits deals to our lenders for approval and helps bridge disconnects in the sales process. With your background in automotive sales or finance, you’ll find the right finance and insurance products for every customer, no matter what their situation.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• 2+ years of Automotive Finance Manger experience
• Luxury/Import experience is a +
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
