Job summary

Ed Napleton Auto Group is seeking an Auto Finance Manager for Luxury/Import at our Carmel-area dealerships. You will bridge Sales and Finance, determine financing options, present transparent pricing, process transactions, and ensure compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Bonus skills include luxury/import experience and strong relationship-building with customers and staff to drive loyalty and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience.
• Luxury/Import experience is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers to understand needs.
• Determine financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain superior product knowledge to assist customers.
• Ensure administrative processes are timely and compliant with company policy.

Located at Napleton's Carmel area Dealerships, the Automotive Finance and Insurance Managermakes credit decisions, submits deals to our lenders for approval and helps bridge disconnects in the sales process. With your background in automotive sales or finance, you’ll find the right finance and insurance products for every customer, no matter what their situation.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• 2+ years of Automotive Finance Manger experience
• Luxury/Import experience is a +
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
