This full-time, onsite role requires strong math, attention to detail, and excellent communication. You will manage plan downloads, update CRM, and follow up on bid results while building supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Call General Contractors for bid invitations and manage them.
• Manage plan downloads and monitor Builder’s Exchange for opportunities.
• Review and take-off construction projects.
• Create and supply product substitution requests.
• Gather information, prepare bid packages, and maintain CRM.
• Create, price, and submit job estimates.
• Follow up on bid results and sales opportunities.
• Submit shop drawings and submittals for approved jobs.
• Build job books and maintain supplier relationships.
