Job summary

Benzeen Auto Parts in Marysville, OH is seeking an Auto Dismantler to safely remove high-quality auto parts and usable cores from vehicles. You will use your own tools and work in a hands-on, team environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of dismantling experience, plus familiarity with auto repair. You’ll be rewarded with production bonuses based on parts dismantled.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle auto parts from vehicles safely and efficiently using own tools.
• Dismantle 2 vehicles per day and manage parts removal with accuracy.
• Wear PPE and follow safety protocols at all times.

Benzeen Auto Parts has been serving its customers for over 16 years with all make and model vehicle parts, and we are looking for a Dismantler to join our stellar team! As a Dismantler you will, with your own tools, be responsible for properly removing all high-quality auto parts and usable core parts off vehicles in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. This position is minimum wage plus production bonus. The more parts you dismantle, the higher your wage! On average our employees earn $38/hr.

What will a successful Auto Dismantler accomplish in the first 90 days?

• Successfully dismantle 2 vehicles per day
• Exhibit ability to self direct and self motivate

Preferred Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and one (1) year auto dismantling experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance
• Excellent decision making skills and ability to self-direct
• Good interpersonal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform a variety of task in all kinds of weather/seasons
• Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy objects
• Ability to lift/load/unload up to 75 lbs.
• Will be required to wear proper PPE (steel toed boots, rain gear)
