Job summary

You’ll lead engaging demonstrations, mentor projects, and help develop courses aligned with industry trends. A strong communicator with 3–5 years of field experience and ASE certifications is preferred; training will be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of practical work experience in automotive field.
• ASE certifications (A1, A6, G1) valued or can be completed before hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and empathetic teaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in an engaging learning environment.
• Lead hands-on training with demonstrations for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing small engines.
• Collaborate with education team to develop and update courses.
• Mentor students on projects and encourage critical thinking.
