Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Automotive Wash Bay Technician to maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation. The role involves operating wash equipment, detailing interiors, and applying protective coatings to prepare vehicles for delivery.

The position offers a base and commission monthly structure, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a team-oriented shop. Weekend availability is required, and prior detail experience is a plus for the candidate who

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.
• Previous detail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash from the interior and cleans upholstery, carpet, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
• Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.
• Apply protective sealant.
• Refurbishing headlights.
• Maintain the standard and quality of service of the organization.
• Understand and deliver to the specific requirements of the customers.
• Inspecting the vehicles thoroughly for pre delivery.
• Maintaining the proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Other responsibilities provided by manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
