Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Prior automotive service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be flexible with task assignments and support shop operations.
• Ability to work well with a team to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Detail and clean all vehicles prior to final delivery.
• Visually inspect repaired areas and report defects.
• Help maintain shop location and outdoor grounds.
• Inspect goods according to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure test equipment is calibrated and functional.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Keep tools and work area organized and return items to designated spots.
• Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
• Perform cleaning tasks like mopping, dusting, sweeping, and trash removal.
• Assist with minor repairs such as changing a light bulb.
